摘要 目的:探讨应用Medpor治疗颅面部骨性凹陷畸形及Medpor加自体大网膜移植治疗半侧颜面萎缩的手术治疗。方法:应用Medpor充填治疗颅面骨性凹陷及缺损17例,Medpor加自体大网膜充填治疗半侧颜面萎缩6例。结果:共治疗23例,患者面部形态和功能均获得明显改善。结论:Medpor及自体大网膜是目前颅面骨性凹陷和缺损畸形及半侧颜面萎缩较理想的材料之一。 Objective To probe the surgical treatment of craniofacial skeletal depressed deformities using Medpor and the surgical treatment of hemifacial atrophy using Medpor plus greater omentum autologous transplantation. Methods 17 cases of craniofacial skeletal depressions and defects were treated with Medpor,6 cases of hemifacial atrophy were treated with autologous greater omentum transplantation. Results Facial configurations and functions of all the 23 cases were greatly improved after the treatment. Conclusion Medpor and autologous greater omentum are relatively ideal materials in treating craniofacial skeletal depressed deformities and hemifacial atrophy.
