摘要
以TritonX-100为增溶、增敏剂,以5-Br-PADAP为显色剂,建立了同时测定废水中Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的多波长线性回归分光光度法,并应用于模拟废水以及实际废水中Cu(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅲ)、Ni(Ⅱ)、Fe(Ⅱ)的测定,加标回收率均在96%和104%之间,结果令人满意。
A method for simultaneous determination of Cu( Ⅱ ), Fe(Ⅲ ), Ni( Ⅱ ) and Fe( Ⅱ ) by multi-wavelength linear regression spectrophotometry with 5- Br- PADAP in the presence of TritonX- 100 had been established. The proposed method had been applied to the determination of Cu( Ⅱ ), Fe( Ⅲ ), Ni( Ⅱ ) and Fe( Ⅱ ) in simulated and true wastewater respectively with satisfactory results. Both of the recovery rates of Cu ( Ⅱ ), Fe ( Ⅲ ), Ni ( Ⅱ ) and Fe( Ⅱ ) are between 96% and 104%.
