摘要 采用理论研究与湍流试验相结合的方法,以增输必须增加速度梯度为出发点,通过分析流体与高聚物分子的相互作用,发现高聚物减阻的机理在于能够有效地抑制管壁附近流体的径向脉动。根据高聚物减阻增输机理,合理解释了多年来在高聚物减阻研究中出现的许多迷惑现象,给出了减阻效果随雷诺数、粗糙度及高聚物掺入量的变化规律,导出了最佳雷诺数与管径、运动粘度的相互关系,提出了高聚物研制和应用的具体建议。 On the basis of theory study and turbulent experiment and starting from boosting flowrate depending on the flowrate gradient, the authors discover in the experiment that the mechanism of high polymer to reduce drag and increase throughput lies in effective suppression the radial flowing of fluid at the pipe wall. This discovery rationally explains the puzzled phenomena during the high polymer experiment in many years. Through this experiment, the variation law of drag reduction rate as Reynolds number, wall roughness and different injection volume of high polymer is discovered. The authors provide the correlation the best Reynolds number with pipe diameter and kinematic viscosity,and put forward concrete suggestions on development and application of high polymer.
