生殖半克隆
摘要
到目前为止,已有近十种哺乳动物的克隆子代已经出生,即胚胎是由体细胞核移入去核卵子形成的。对于该技术在人类辅助生殖技术(ART)中的应用引起广泛的争论。基于这个背景,由一方配子核和另一方体细胞核合成、继承克隆技术的半克隆技术受到关注,但其在临床应用、生物学行为、伦理方面等还有很多不同意见,就上述几方面进行综述。
