摘要
在对日产五千吨水泥厂熟料窑外分解冷却系统分析的基础上,介绍了基于Intranet的水泥厂三元(温度、负压、风量)监控系统的组成原理及功能特点。根据水泥企业的具体要求,提出了上位机系统基于3层B/S模式的系统结构及其实现的具体功能,建立了上位机的Intranet监测管理系统;分析了下位机系统测量信号的选择方法,冗余设计的过程,系统控制信号的时滞性,在此基础上提出了下位机系统改进控制算法的实现方案;最后对系统的控制策略进行了详细的分析与研究。
The composing principals and functional characters of three elements (temperature, negative pressure, wind' quantity) supervising system of cement plant based on intranet by analyzing the decomposing and cooling system of cement plant's flied refractory material cellar are presented, which produces five thousand tons each day. According to the plant enterprise's concrete demands, the upward machine system's system structure based on B/S mode and the particular realization functions are presented, its Intranet supervising and controlling system are established, and the methods to choose its surveying signals, the process of redundant designing and the time lag of the controlling signals are analysed, the realization plan to improve the controlling calculating methods for downward machine' system is presented, in addition a detailed analysis and research about the controlling tactic of the system's downward machines are gien.
