摘要 利用自主研制的沸石生物处理剂对畜禽粪便等有机废弃物进行饲料资源化处理,各项卫生指标均符合国家有关饲料卫生标准,达到了除臭、灭菌、无害化的饲料要求,并提高了蛋白质含量。饲喂试验结果表明,能有效降低饲料成本10.31%~12.04%,提高饲料转化率3.73%~5.16%,并改善了畜禽胴体品质,饲用安全可靠。开发出畜禽粪便等有机废弃物饲料化处理工厂化生产工艺和配套技术,为该项产业的发展提供了科学依据。课题从畜禽粪便等有机废弃物饲料资源化处理技术到工厂化开发应用进行了系统研究,其研究成果对开发利用畜禽粪便等有机废弃物资源,治理环境污染,实现畜牧业资源自我循环利用,建立节约型社会等都具有十分重要的意义。课题已于2005年12月18日通过了甘肃省科学技术厅组织的成果鉴定,成果达到国内同类研究的领先水平。 The Animal/Poultry Manure processed via zeolite biological preparation conforms to the national feed sanitary standard and becomes deodorized, disinfected and harmless feed. Furthermore, increases the content of protein. The result of feeding experiment indicates that it can reduce the feed cost 10.31 %-12.04%, increase feed transforming efficiency 3.73 %-5.16%. Furthermore, it improves the meat quality. It is safe and reliable. The development of processing animal/poultry manure and relevant technology has provided the scientific basis for the industrial production. This subject covers whole procedure from technology of processing animal/poultry manure to industrial production. The research achievement is significant to utilization of animal/poultry manure, reduction of environment pollution, recycling utilization of animal husbandry resource and establishment of economy type society. The subject was certified by Gansu Provincial Science and Technology Bureau on Dec. 18, 2005. The conclusion is "this achievement is leading program in the same research area nationwide".
