基因芯片技术及其在动物繁殖中的应用

Gene Chip Technology and its Application in Animal Reproduction

摘要 基因芯片技术是近年兴起的一项重要的生物技术。作者介绍了基因芯片的概念、分类、主要技术流程、用途、存在的问题和展望,并就基因芯片在猪繁殖中的应用和开发进行了初步阐述。 Gene chip technology is one of the most important biologic technology in recently. This review introduced the conception, classification, main technique procedure, function, existed problem and prospect of the gene chip. Its also elucidated the application and exploitation in swine reproduction.
