principle of membrane technology and its characteristics and application fields are introduced, laying emphasis on recovery of light hydrocarbon in process of the cleaning of natural gas. Theoretical arithmetic of application of membrane technology on dry gas and wet gas in some oil field is made, and come to the conclusion of that the membrane technology can obtain better effect in recovery of natural gas light hydrocarbon with higher recovery rate, lower energy consumption and better economic performance.
