摘要
询单处理是客户订单的前期决策过程,如何实现客户询单的敏捷处理是获取商业机会和提高客户满意度的关键使能技术之一。本文在分析企业询单处理过程特点的基础上,提出了基于工作流的敏捷询单处理技术,应用工作流技术,为客户提供快速、准确的询单处理信息,实现客户询单的敏捷处理。基于此技术开发的敏捷询单处理系统已在某企业中得到了应用,明显地改善了该企业的询单处理效率。
Order response is the first step of order processing. How to realize the agile order processing is one of the key enabled techniques to obtain the commercial opportunity and to improve the customers' satisfaction. Based on analyzing the characteristics of the enterprise order response processes, an Agile Order Response system was developed with workflow management techniques. The system has been used in a company, and the order response efficiency of the company is dramatically improved.
