Quantitative analysis of 55% 2,4-D butyl ester-imazethapyr-propisochlore EC by HPLC

论述了在同一液相色谱条件下,对55%2,4-滴丁酯·咪唑乙烟酸·异丙草胺乳油进行定量分析,方法采用反相柱分离,三元混合流动相进行洗脱,可变波长紫外检测器进行检测,外标法定量。2,4-滴丁酯、咪唑乙烟酸和异丙草胺的变异系数分别为0.70%、0.50%和0.41%;回收率分别为99.92%、100.40%和100.03%;线性相关系数分别为0.9983、0.9996和0.9998。

A method for quantitative analysis of 55% 2,4-D butyl ester-imazethapyr-propisochlore EC by HPLC was introducedin this paper. The results that coefficient of variations were 0.70%, 0.50% and 0.41% for 2,4-D butyl ester, imazethapyr and propisochlore respectively;recoveries were 99.92%, 100.40% and 100.03% respectively, linear correlations were 0.9983, 0.9996 and 0.9998 for 2,4-D butyl ester, imazethapyr and propisochlore respectively.
