摘要
本文通过某钢厂轧钢电机环火事故分析,指出负荷平稳且换向良好的电机在高速弱磁运行时,因片间峰值电压高,存在环火的可能性。同时结合电机设计参数和电机维护方面问题,对环火原因进行深入的探讨。
The accident about looping arc of DC motor for a steel rolling mill is analyzed. It is pointed out,that because of high peak voltage between commutator bars the possibilities of looping arc are in existence,when motor with steady load and good commutation is operated at higher speed and weak field. About causes of looping arc is carried out further discussion in combination with design parameters and maintenance of motor.
