摘要
对具有结构不稳定性的有源滤波器的非线性问题进行了研究,通过对绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)器件开关过程产生的瞬态电流脉冲的传播过程进行分析,将IGBT器件的控制电压引起的结构稳定问题的抑制转化为该瞬态电流脉冲传播通路的阻断。利用仿真和实验对正激式与反激式开关变换器进行抗干扰能力的研究,说明反激式开关变换器用于有源电力滤波器(APF)的辅助开关电源,更有利于APF对非线性问题的抑制。
The nonlinear phenomena of active power filter (APF) with structural instability are analyzed in this paper. The nonlinear structural stability problems, caused by the instability of the gate drive voltage of IGBT and the transmission process of the instant pulse current produced from the process of IGBT on-off, are investigated. The conclusion is that the restraint of structural instability can be changed into interdiction of the spreading path of the instant pulse current. By researching antiinterference capability of forward and flyback convertors in simulation and experiments, it is certainly concluded that the flyback switching convertor can be used in the auxiliary switching power supply of APF to restrain the nonlinearity phenomena of APF effectively.
