电弧快速成形工艺的研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 介绍了一种新型的快速成形方法——利用焊接电弧进行成形。通过分析比较阐述了电弧成形与其他金属成形方法相比所具有的优势。回顾了迄今为止,基于电弧成形的国内外发展现状。分别选取基于非熔化极气体保护焊、熔化极气体保护焊以及等离子弧焊的快速成形工艺进行阐述,从成形产品性能、表面状态、成形精度方面加以分析,着重阐述了工艺参数对成形效果的影响。指出了现阶段成形工艺所存在的问题。最后对电弧成形的研究方向进行了预测。 A new type of rapid shaping by means of arc welding was introduced. Compared with other rapid shaping methods, the advantage of the technology was presented. The developing status of the technology was reviewed including rapid shaping technologies of gas tungsten are welding, gas metal are welding and plasma are welding. The quality of the shaping product, surface state and shaping precision were analyzed as well as the effects of technological parameters on shaping quality were stressed. The current problems of the shaping technology were mentioned and the research direction of are shaping was forecasted.
