摘要
采用热喷涂法,在AZ91D镁合金表面制备Al—Al2O3/TiO2梯度涂层,为增强涂层与基体的结合强度,在380~420℃保温处理2h。用SEM、EPMA分析了涂层形貌与成分;并对涂层耐热震性及耐磨性、耐蚀性进行了测试。结果表明:涂层与基体之间产生了Al—Mg扩散,形成了良好的结合。涂层具有较高的硬度、耐磨性及抗热震性。
Thermal spray method was used to prepare the Al-Al2O3/TiO2 gradient coating on AZ91D magnesium alloy surface. To improve the bonding strength between coating and substrate, diffusion treatment for 2 hours at 380 -420℃ was carried out. Pattern and composition of the coating were analyzed by scanning electronic microscope and electron probe microanalysis. Thermal shock resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance of the coating were tested. The result showed that Al and Mg diffused between the coating and substrate and the parent materials bonded perfectly. The coating had the high hardness, wear and thermal shock resistance.
