摘要
通过某化工厂服役20年食盐电解车间钢筋混凝土工业厂房的现场测试和构件受力性能的试验研究,对受腐蚀钢筋混凝土构件及结构的可靠度做出了合理的评价,提出不停产、无明火条件下结构的维修加固方案。加固后8年结构运行较好,验证了该加固方案的有效性。
Field measurements are executed on RC structure of a salt electrolytic plant which has been in service for 20 years. Laboratory experiments on mechanical properties of the corroded RC members are carried out as well, Based on the field test and laboratory experiments, rational safety evaluation is achieved. Retrofitting plan is designed. During the past 8 years, the strengthened structure works well all along, which proves that the retrofitting plan is effective.
