摘要
目的探讨不同农家类型对巴戟天质量的影响。方法利用分子生物学技术中随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术和HPLC技术对不同农家类型的巴戟天进行内在质量的分析。结果不同农家品种的巴戟天RAPD指纹图谱和蒽醌类成分HPLC指纹图谱具有明显的差异。结论不同的农家类型是影响巴戟天内在质量的主要因素,RAPD和HPLC两种方法可较全面地评价不同农家类型的种质资源对中药质量的影响,为中药材的规范化种植提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To explore the effects of different landing races on the quality control of Morinda officinalis. METHODS Five different landing races of Morinda officinalis were analyzed by molecular biological technique-random amplified polymorphic DNA(RAPD) and HPLC fingerprintint technique respectively. RESULTS The clear RAPD fingerprintint was provided and HPLC fingerprintints of 5 landing races were different. CONCLUSION The germplasm resource is the main factor that effects the internal quality of Morinda officinalis. Both methods can be used to comprehensively evaluate the quality of Chinese Materia Medica. This research can provide the data for the GAP and quality control.
