摘要
目的 鉴别猕猴桃属常见的药用种类大籽猕猴桃(Actinidia macrosperma)、对萼猕猴桃(A.valvata)、紫果猕猴桃(A.argutavar.purpurea)、黑蕊猕猴桃(A.melanandra)、异色猕猴桃(A.callosa var.discolor)、长叶猕猴桃(A.hemsleyana)、毛花猕猴桃(A.eriaraha)、小叶猕猴桃(A.lanceolata)、中华猕猴桃(A.chinensis)茎干生药。方法 性状观察、紫外光谱法、荧光分析法、荧光光谱法。结果 9种猕猴桃在茎干髓部的颜色、质地,外皮形态、颜色,紫外光谱(200-400nm)的吸收峰强度和最大吸收波长,荧光颜色,荧光光谱的吸收峰数目、强度和最大发射波长等方面存在不同程度的差异。结论 综合4种方法的分析结果可以完全、准确的鉴别9种药用猕猴桃。
OBJECTIVE To distinguish stems of nine medicinal Actinidia species (Actinidia macrosperma, A. valvata, A. melanandra, A. arguta var. purpurea, A. callosa var. discolor, A. hemsleyana, A. eriantha, A. lanceolata, A. chinensis ). METHODS The herbs were identified by morphology, ultraviolet spectrum, fluorescent reaction and fluorescent spectrum. RESULTS The studied materials differed from each other in the color and texture of stem pith and bark, the intensity and wavelength of absorptive peaks in UV spectra of 4 solvents extracts, the fluorescent color of 4 solvents extracts, and the number, intensity and wavelength of emissive peaks in fluorescent spectra of 2 solvents extracts. CONCLUSION All samples are completely and exactly identified and distinguished in a discrimination key.
