摘要 目的对阿育魏实[Trachyspermum ammi(L.)Sprague]的化学成分进行研究。方法阿育魏实乙醇提取物的正丁醇部分通过多次硅胶柱色谱和反复凝胶柱色谱分离纯化,根据光谱数据和理化性质确定各化合物的结构。结果分离到5个已知化合物,分别是槲皮素(Ⅰ),山柰酚(Ⅱ),山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(Ⅲ),东莨菪内酯(Ⅳ),对香豆酸(Ⅴ)。结论以上化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Trachyspermum ammi. METHODS The n-BuOH-soluble portions of 95 % ethanol extracted from the seed of Trachyspermum ammi were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20. The chemical structures of the compounds were elucidated by their physico-chemical characteristics and spectral data. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as quercetin ( Ⅰ ), kaempferol ( Ⅱ ), kaempferol-3- O-rutinoside ( Ⅲ ), scopoletin ( Ⅳ ) and coumaric acid ( Ⅴ). CONCLUSION All compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time.
