本文根据直接消耗系数的改变对完全需要系数的总体影响,研究确定直接消耗系数修订的准则.给出了按元素、按部门确定消耗系数的方法,所给方法较文献[4]的方法更为完善.

Based on analysis of influence of direct consumption coefficient change on full demand coefficients, the criterions of direct consumption coefficients revision have been studied. The methods of determination consumption co-eficients revision in view of the elements or the departments have been given. These are more perfect than the method proposed in paper[4].
