This text expounds the important role of evaluation indexes' dimensionless handling to overall evaluation. In view of the problems in evaluation practice the text puts up a kind of nonlinear dimensionless fuzzy handling applying to most evaluation indexes with the relative knowledge of exponential function and fuzzy mathematics. In the text author explains the charc-ter that models should have. Moreover, the text puts forward fuzzy models and standard value's calculating method to the index respectively. According to the practice applying the nonlinear dimensionless fuzzy handling is more scientific and rational than traditional linear handling. It also accords with objective practice.
