复方硫酸亚铁缓释片中两组分的含量测定

Determination of ferrous sulfate and folic acid in compound ferrous sulfate sustained-release tablets

目的建立复方硫酸亚铁缓释片中硫酸亚铁和叶酸的含量测定方法。方法硫酸亚铁采用比色法，叶酸采用HPLC法。结果硫酸亚铁和叶酸的线性范围分别为2．625—15．750mg·L^-1和1．45—23．20mg·L^-1，平均回收率分别为99、27％和99．28％，RSD分别为0．83％和1．28％。结论方法可靠，简单可行，可用于复方硫酸亚铁缓释片的质量控制。

Aim To establish the determination method of ferrous sulfate and folic acid in compound ferrous sulfate sustained-release tablets. Methods A colorimetric method was used for determining ferrous sulfate and HPLC for folic acid. Results The ferrous sulfate and folic acid calibration curves were linear at the ranges of 2. 625 - 15.75 mg· L^ -1 and 1.45- 23.20 mg·L^-1 respectively. The average recoveries and RSD were 99.27% ,0, 83 % for ferrous sulfate and 99, 28% , 1,28% for folic acid, Conclusion This method is reliable and simple which could be used for the quality control of compound ferrous sulfate sustained -release tablets.
