测定慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的临床意义

Clinical value of testing peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B

目的研究T淋巴细胞亚群在慢性乙型肝炎患者外周血中的变化及其临床意义。方法应用流式细胞仪检测70例慢性乙型肝炎、10例乙肝肝硬化患者及30例健康人的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群,并进行统计分析。结果与对照组相比较,慢性乙型肝炎组及乙肝肝硬化组的CD4+、CD4+/CD8+有非常显著性下降(P<0.01),CD3+、CD8+、CD56+的变化不明显(P>0.05)。结论慢性乙型肝炎患者细胞免疫功能紊乱,且与疾病的进展有一定关系。

Aim To observe the change of the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Methods We tested the peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets with flow cytometry in 70 patients with chronic hepatitis B, 10 patients with posthepatitis cirrhosis and 30 healthy subjects. Results were compared and analyzed among those groups. Result The proportion of lymphocyte subsets CD4^＋ and the ratio of CD4^＋/CD8^＋ were significantly different in the patients with chronic hepatitis B, posthepatitis cirrhosis, and healthy subjects （ P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Abnormality of cellular immunity exists in the patient with chronic hepatitis B, and relates to development of the disease.
