摘要
提高高校教师心理素质对于高校的教学质量、稳定师资队伍、促进学校管理具有重大意义。影响高校教师心理素质的因素是多种多样的。其中既有社会大环境的因素,也有学校内部的因素,还有来自于教师自身的因素,这些因素之间相互作用。应该从教师自我调节、学校的管理理念和评价体制、社会对教师职业的重新认识几方面入手,提高教师的心理健康水平,保证高校持续稳定的发展。
This article analyzed the present situation of teachers' mental health in universities and pointed out the significance of maintaining teachers' mental health in universities for improving the teaching quality, stabilizing teacher's number and accelerating harmony society. The article also analyzed the influence factors of teachers' mental health in universities. And then emphasized that self regulating, managing idea, evaluating system, renewing the cognition of teacher as a profession were the strategies to promote teachers' psychological quality and ensure the steady development of university.
