我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营浅析

An Analysis of the Cross-national Management of the Enterprises in the Less-developed Regions in China

企业的环境变化导致企业的对应战略,在经济全球化的当今,企业跨国经营环境具有多样性和易变性的特征,使得我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营面临较大的挑战。本文首先分析了我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营的现状,在此基础上提出了我国欠发达地区企业跨国经营的创新思路,即:技术创新,管理创新和经营战略创新。

The change of the enterprise environment will lead to the adjustment of the strategy for that. Under the economic globalization today, the cross - national management by the enterprise is demonstrated by its diversity and flexibility, which presents great challenge to cross-national enterprises in the less-developed regions in China. The present paper analyzes the current situation of the cross-national enterprises in those areas, and then, it puts forward some new ideas based on the situation, that is, technological innovation, administrative innovation, and management innovation.
