A Cultural-Anthropological Analysis of the Psychological Factors in Job Selection——A case study of voluntary unemployment among the university students

从我国目前高等教育的能力以及受教育的人数上看,似乎不会存在当代大学生失业问题,但实际情况是不仅存在而且还有很大比例的自愿性失业者群体,我们应该从文化心理和社会因素的影响来探讨这一问题。

According to the current capacity of the higher education in China and the number of students, it is impossible that they cannot get a job. However, it has become the fact that a large number of them are voluntarily to be unemployed. Hence, it is necessary to probe into the problem based on the cultural-psychological and social factors.
