中晚期妊娠合并重症哮喘12例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Midtrimester and Late Pregnancy Women with Severe Asthma

目的:探讨中晚期妊娠合并重症哮喘急性发作的治疗及其效果。方法:2002年1月至2006年1月中晚期妊娠合并急性重症哮喘住院患者12例,对该组病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果:在使用β2受体激动剂和糖皮质激素吸入治疗无效时,及时全身应用茶碱和糖皮质激素等治疗,症状缓解良好,12例中显效5例(41.7%),好转7例(58.3%)。随访至分娩,新生儿和母亲均正常。结论:中晚期妊娠合并重症哮喘急性发作病人及时全身使用糖皮质激素等药物可以尽快控制发作,并能保障母婴的安全和健康。

Objective: To explore the clinical systemic administration of midtrimester and late pregnancy women with severe asthma.Methods:a historical cohort analysis of clinical materials of midtrimester and late pregnancy with severe asthma between Jan.2002 and Jan.2006(n =12) was performed.Results: inhaledβ_2 receptor agonist combined with intravenous glucocorticoid and theophylline had well effects for the treatment of midtrimester and late pregnancy with severe asthma.Follow up to childbirth,both infant and mater are normal.Conclusion: midtrinester and late pregnancy with severe asthma can be controlled as soon as possible by treatment of intravenous glucocorticoid in the acute attack and mater and infant's safeing and health can also.
