发扬成绩 日臻完善 不断提高评估工作水平——2003年高职院校试评估结论初析

摘要 对2003年全国26所高职院校人才培养工作水平试评估情况进行初步分析,认为专家赋分是比较客观的,符合被评院校的实际情况。评估基本反映了当前高职院校的现实,试评工作是成功的。分析表明,高职院校所获得的评估等级与其举办高职教育的历史关系不大。高职院校树立了高职理念,明确了办学指导思想,其定位和办学思路比较清晰,高职教育的特征和特色正得到较好的体现,弱项是师资队伍建设和教学基础设施。 After analyzing trial evaluation of talents cultivation levels in 26 higher vocational colleges in 2003, the paper concludes that the experts' scoring is objective and that the evaluation is successful. The analysis indicates that the scores and levels, which higher vocational colleges get, have little to do with their history of higher vocational education. The higher vocational colleges have set up concept of high vocational education, set a right placement and a clear guide of running a school. The characteristics and features of high vocational education are well embodied. But the weakness is the construction of faculty and basic teaching hardware.
