脑卒中偏瘫患者家庭康复护理干预及效果评价

The effect evaluation of home rehabilitation and nursing intervention on cerebral apoplexy hemiplegic patients

目的探讨家庭护理干预对脑卒中患者运动能力及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选择经治疗好转出院80例脑卒中偏瘫患者,随机分成两组,干预组每月上门随访指导,对照组回家自行锻炼或休养,运动能力采用功能独立性评分(FIM)、日常生活活动能力(ADL),采用Barthel指数评分。结果6个月后干预组FIM及Barthel评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01)结论家庭康复护理干预能明显改善脑卒中患者的运动能力和提高日常生活自理能力。

Objective To investigate the influence of home rehabilitation nursing intervention on locomotory capacity and activities of daily living with brain stroke patients. Methods 80 hemiplegic patients were divided into the intervention group and control group randomly. The intervention group patients accept rehabilitation guidance every month. The control group exercised all alone. The locomotory capacity used function independence mark （FIM） , and the activities of daily living （ADL） used Barthel index score. Results The FIM and Barthel scores of intervention group were obviously higher than that of control group after 6 months （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion The home rehabilitation nursing intervention can obviously improve locomotory capacity of hemiplegic patients and increase their self-care ability.
