颅内血肿微创碎吸与开颅清除术临床疗效对比 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察高血压脑出血微创碎吸术(微创组)与开颅清除术(开颅组)两种治疗方式的临床效果。方法回顾性对比我院2002-01~2005—11进行的微创碎吸病例116例和开颅术96例,分析比较两者术后死亡率、神经功能缺损、生活自理能力、出血部位、出血量、手术时机与疗效的关系。结果两组方式在死亡率、出血部位、出血量、自理能力、手术时机与疗效关系上有差异。结论微创碎吸术简便、安全、疗效确切、病死率低,有利于提高病人生活质量,改善患者愈合。 Objective To observe the differen clinical result of two ways of the including microtramatic debris-suction and craniotomic clearance to encephalic haematoma resulted from hypertension, which may offer some indications to clinical practice. Methods Retrospectively 116 cases of microtramatic debris-suction and 96 cases of craniotomy clearance from January 2002 to November 2005 in our hospital were investigated to compare the moralities, neural dysfunctions, self-dependence on lives, hemorrhage volume and position,the correlations between surgery opportunity and treatment effectiveness of post-surgery in the two different therapeutic ways. Results There were significant differences between two ways of treatment in morality,hemorrhage volume , hemorrhage position,self-dependence and the correlation between surgery opportunity and effectiveness. Conclusion Microtranatic debrissvction is simple,safe,affirmatively effective and it makes the mortality lower. It can also improve pathients's lives and prognosis.
