C型利钠肽与原发性高血压左室舒张功能障碍的关系 被引量:2

Relationship between C-type natriuretic peptide and left ventricular diastolic heart failure in primary hypertension patients.

摘要 目的探讨C-型利钠肽与原发性高血压左室舒张功能不全的关系。方法原发性高血压患者75例,分为单纯高血压组23例,高血压伴左室舒张功能不全无症状组27例,有症状组25例,测定CNP含量。结果EH组、无症状组、有症状组CNP水平明显高于对照组(9.25±1.27ng/L vs 5.16±0.33ng/L,P<0.05;13.73±2.91ng/L vs 5.16±0.33ng/L,P<0.01;15.58±2.34ng/L vs 5.16±0.33ng/L,P<0.01)。有症状组和无症状组CNP均高于单纯EH组(15.58±2.34ng/L vs,9.25±1.27ng/L;13.73±2.91ng/L vs 9.25±1.27ng/L,P均<0.05)。有症状组CNP水平高于无症状组,但没有统计学差异(15.58±2.34ng/L vs13.73±2.91ng/L,P>0.05)。结论CNP与高血压合并左室舒张功能不全,可以在临床症状之前早期诊断左室舒张功能不全。 Objective To investigate the relationship between C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP) and left ventricular diastolic heart fallure (LVDHF)in Primary hypertension( HE)patients. Methods The total of 75 patients with primany hyertension were detected the concentration of serum CNP,among them, 23 cases were EH,25 cases were LVDHF and EH, and 27 patients with nonsymptoms of LVDHF and EH (non-Symptoms). Results The levels of CNP in Symptoms and non-Symptoms were higher than that in EH (15.58 ± 2.34ng/L vs 9. 25 ± 1.27ng/L; 13, 73 ± 2.91ng/L vs 9. 25 ± 1.27ng/L, P 〈 0. 05). There was no significant difference between two groups although the level of Symptoms was higher than non- Symptoms. Conclusions CNP are preclinic indicators of left ventricular diastolic heart failure.
