东北(SMV)三株系在大豆杂交亲本选配及后代选择应用的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文对不同抗性亲本所配制的组合后代,采用早期世代混合株系接种鉴定、稳定世代分株系接种鉴定的方法进行选育,得到了优良抗病品系。研究表明:抗病育种关键,是亲本的抗性、丰产性水平。并明确了(SMV)三株系群的致病程度,及对大豆若干产量性状和籽粒斑驳的影响程度。 The progenies derived from the crosses between different resistant parents, from with the superior resistant lines were gained, were identified for resistance to SMV by inoculating with mixed SMV isolates in early generation as well as three strains separately in the following generations. Results of the show feat resistant and high yield levels parents the key points for SMV resistance breeding. The pathogenetic extent of the three SMV strains influenced the agronomic characters and seed mottling rate of the host plants.
