摘要
茂名市区民用住宅以多层、中高层建筑为主,通常采用人工挖孔灌注桩基础,一般多层(4-6层)建筑以强风化砂岩作桩端持力层,中高层(7-9层)建筑以中风化砂岩作桩端持力层。因此,正确划分强风化、中风化砂岩层。确定桩端持力层就显得特别重要。根据丰富的地质资料和笔者的实践经验,对茂名盆地强风化、中风化砂岩层的划分和特征定性地进行了界定和阐述。
Residential houses in Maoming city are mainly based on multi - storey buildings, high - rise buildings and arificial drilled piles foundation, highly weathered sandstone is usually used as supporting courses in multistory building, and intermediary weathered sandstone is used in high - rise building. Thus, it is very important to divide accurately the highly weathered sandstone and intermediary weathered sandstone so as to confirm the supporting courses. The division and characteristics of the highly and intermediary weathered sandstone in Maoming basin will be described qualitatively based on the abundant geological data and the author's experience.
