摘要
国家粮食储备库建设是事关社会稳定、国计民生的重大工程;中央从1998年开始分三批在全国进行大规模的国家储备粮库建设,着重阐述了国家粮食储备库建设中工程竣工验收的有关问题,介绍了一些经验和具体做法以供粮库同行参考与借鉴。
The authors described some principles and measures of check and acceptance after the construction being completed during the construction project of state-owned grain reserves of our country. With their several years＇ of working and managing experiences on spot, some practical problems were discussed and some practical measures on how to manage the construction project were also included in this paper.
