薄层扫描法测定肝豆灵片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride in Gandouling Tablets by TLC-scanning

目的：测定肝豆灵片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法：薄层扫描法，展开剂：苯-醋酸乙酯-异丙醇-甲醇-浓氨水（12：6：3：3：1），检测波长365nm。结果：盐酸小檗碱在0．20～1．00μg／ml范围内线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9999，平均回收率97．32％，RSD=1．5％。结论：本方法操作快速，简单，准确，可作为肝豆灵片中盐酸小檗碱的定量分析方法。

Objective：To determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling tablets. Method： Berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling tablets was identified by TLC-scanning with a mixture of Benzen-ethylacetate-isopropanol-methanol-concentrated ammonia solution（ 12： 6：3 ： 3 ： 1 ） as the developing system. The detection wavelength was 365 nm. Result： The good linear regression of berberine hydrochloride was obtained at a range of 0.2 - 1.0 μg/ml, r = 0.999 9, the average recovery rate was 97.32%, RSD = 1.50%. Conclusion ： The method could be operated rapidly and accurately. It is adoptable for quantity analysis of berberine hydrochloride in Gandouling tablets.
