摘要
目的:建立荧光分光光度法测定维生素B2(VB2)片剂的含量。方法:激发波长为464nm,发射波长为520nm。结果:VB2片剂在0.2—1.0mg/L浓度范围内,荧光强度与浓度呈良好线性关系,回收率为98.8%(n=5),RSD=2.32%。结论:该方法简便、准确,专属性强,试样量少,可用于对VB:片剂的质量控制。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of riboflavin in Vitamin B2 tablets with fluorophotometer spectrometer . Method:The excitation and emission wavelengths are λEx = 464 nm and λEM = 520 nm respectively. Result: From 0.2 to 1.0 mg/L of vitamin B2 tablets, the intension of fluorescence is satisafactory. Conlusion : The method was simple, accurate, it can be used for quality control of vitamin B2 tablets.
