慢性阻塞性肺疾病中医证候文献分析

Literature Search on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

目的:通过文献分析,初步总结出慢阻肺证候分布及证候构成特点。方法:采用计算机检索和人工检索相结合方法,对1981年—2004年慢阻肺相关文献进行收集整理,运用统计描述和logistic回归法进行分析。结果:共收集合格文献44篇,200条记录。出现频率较多的证型依次为:肺气虚(24.5%)、痰热壅肺(14.5%)、痰气互结(14%)、肾气虚(12.5%)、寒饮停肺(9.5%)、脾阳虚(9.5%)、肾阳虚(8.5%)、脾气虚(8%)、肺肾气虚(7%)、肺阴虚(5%)。结论:文献分析所总结出的慢阻肺常见证型及各证型构成要素,可为进一步研究提供了参考。

Objective： To sum up the distribution rule and inscape of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome about the chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases by literature search. Method： Searches adopt computer and manpower methods, aiming at 3 data- bases,related documents and teaching materials from 1981 to 2004, and data are analyzed by Descriptive and Logistic Regression. Results ：44 books and 200 items about syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine had been collected. The results indicated that the inci- dence frequency of deficiency of lung - Qi （ 24. 5% ）, syndrome of heat -phlegm stagnating the lung （ 14.5% ）, stagnation of Qi and phlegm（ 14% ）, deficiency of kidney - Qi （ 12.5% ）, syndrome of the cold -dampness stagnating lung（ 9.5% ） , deficiency of spleen-Yang（ 9.5% ）, deficiency of kidney - Yang（ 8.5% ）, deficiency of spleen - Qi（ 8% ）, deficiency of both lung - Qi and kidney - Qi （7%） ,deficiency of lung - Yin（5% ） were higher in the distribution of TCM syndrome of COPD. Conclusion： The results about mainly syndrome types and every types＇ inscape of COPD,can provide enough references for the next step research.
