聚苯乙烯二醋酸碘苯在芳丙酮1,2-芳基迁移重排反应中的应用

Application of propiophenone rearrangement by 1,2-aryl shift in poly[styrene(iodosodiacetate)]

在聚苯乙烯二醋酸碘苯催化下,芳丙酮进行1,2-芳基迁移重排制得2-芳丙酸甲酯,后者水解得2-芳基丙酸。硫酸和原甲酸三甲酯的用量对合成2(6甲氧基2萘基)丙酸甲酯收率有影响,聚苯乙烯碘苯可回收利用。

Propiophenone （1）was treated with trimethyl orthoformate in the presence of poly[ styrene（iodosodiacetate） ] by 1,2- aryl shift to rearrange to 2-arylpropanoic acid methyl ester（3）. Subsequent hydrolysis of 3 afforded 2-aryl propanoic acid（4）. The factors affecting the reaction yield such as amounts of raw materials （sulfuric acid and trimethyl orthoformate） were studiedpolystyreneiodobenzene could be recovered and reused.
