近交群体配子间的信息学性质

Informatics Characters between Sexual Gametes in Inbreeding Population

讨论了近亲交配群体在世代交替中配子间平均互信息性质;定义了配子间的近交关联信息系数,并与近交系数比较,阐述了配子间的近交关联信息系数的优点。结果表明,应用信息论模型研究群体遗传学与以往统计学方法具有一致性,而且还具有信息学的意义和优点。

The characters of mutual information between sexual gametes are demonstrated in inbreeding population. The information coefficient of correlation between sexual gametes in inbreeding population was defined; its advantages were demonstrated in contrast with coefficient of inbreeding. The results showed that： the utilization of information model on population genetics not only has good uniformity with statistical methods, but also has it＇s informatics means and advantages.
