摘要
目前,学术界和产业界对于我国VoIP的讨论多集中于政策、监管以及发展趋势等方面。但是当这一切都尘埃落定之后,是否意味着VoIP就能够取得成功呢?其实,VoIP本身就蕴涵了该业务成功的“四大秘诀”:价值V(value)、秩序O(order)、用户I(individual)和运营模式P(pattern)。因此,不妨这样理解VoIP:在良好的秩序下,通过合适的运营模式把更多的增值服务送达VoIP的最终用户,实现价值增值。
At present, in academic and industrial circles, the discussins on China's VoIP are mainly concerning the following aspects: policy, regulation, development trend etc. But when all these issues are settled, does it mean that VoIP Will achieve success? In fact, VoIP itself contains "four secrets of success", i.e. V (value), O (order), I (individual), P (pattern). Therefore, we can understand VoIP in the following way: under prosper pattern, it will orderly transmit more value-added services to iadividual and realize the increment of value.
