摘要
本文介绍一种使用线阵CCD进行玻璃管内液位测量的光电测量头。与其他CCD尺寸测量的光学系统不同,本文依据不同的液体具有不同的折射率,提出利用柱形容器中液体的聚光特性,得到两种不同液体的分界面在线阵CCD上清晰的像。
This paper introduces a new type measuring head for operating the liquid level measurement in a gauge glass with lineal array CCD. This measurer is different from other optical systems for size measurement with CCD. According to the fact that different kinds of liquid have different indexes of refraction, we have advanced the method of which we utilize the focusing property of the liquid in a cylindrical vessel to obtain the distinct image of the dividing surface of two different kinds of liquid on lineal array CCD.
