摘要
针对锁扣凸台强度不足而导致失效的实例,在分析其压凸台模具结构及工作原理的基础上,找出了原压凸成形机理上的缺陷,明确了失效的原因,由此提出了压凸—冷挤复合工艺。设计了压凸—冷挤复合模,分析了压凸—冷挤复合工艺的成形机理。生产实践及强度试验表明该工艺能满足产品要求,对强度的提高有显著效果。
In terms of example of strength shortage of locating ring boss, structure and mechanism of belling die was analyzed to find the defect of belling mechanism. The cause of defect was made clear and belling-cold extrusion compound process was initiated in this paper. The belling-cold extrusion compound die was designed and the mechanism of the process was analyzed. Both production practice and strength experiment indicate that the process meets the product requirement and the strength is greatly improved.
