抗旱与不抗旱大豆叶线粒体膜脂脂肪酸和磷脂组成比较 被引量:3

摘要 抗旱与不抗旱大豆叶线粒体膜脂,均由12种脂肪酸:月桂酸(12:0)、豆蔻酸(14:0)、棕榈酸(16:0)、棕榈油酸(16:1)、硬脂酸(18:0)、油酸(18:0)、亚油酸(18:2)、亚麻酸(18:3)和4种未检知脂肪酸以及7种磷脂:溶血磷脂酸胆碱(LPC)、磷脂酰胆碱(PC)、磷脂酰肌醇(PI)、磷脂酰丝氨酸(PS)、磷脂酰乙醇胺(PE)、磷脂酰甘油(PG)和磷脂酸(PA)所组成。 抗旱与不抗旱大豆叶线粒体膜脂的脂肪酸和磷脂组分相似,但其配比不同。抗旱大豆棕榈酸(16:0)含量和磷脂酰甘油(PG)明显高于不抗旱大豆,而亚麻酸(18:3)和其他磷脂含量却低于不抗旱大豆。 抗旱大豆叶线粒体膜脂的总脂肪酸不饱和度,显著低于不抗旱大豆。此种差异主要是由于棕榈酸(16:0)和亚麻酸(18:3)在总脂肪酸中配比的变化引起。 Seven phospholipids components: Lysophophatidyl choline (LPC), phosphatidyl choline (PC) , phosphatidyl ethanolamine(PE) ,phosphatidyl inositol(PI) ,phosphatidyl scrme(PS) , phos-phatidyl glycerol (PG) ,phosphatidyl acid(PA),and twelve fatty acids:Iauric acid(12:0) , myrinc acid (14:0) .palmitic(16:0) , paimitoleic(16:1) ,stearic(18:2) ,olecic(18:1) ,linoleic(18:0), linolenic acicd(18:3) , and four fatty acids uncertified were separated from mitochondria of soy bean leaf cell.The composition of the phospholipids and fatty acid of mitochondria from drought resistant and susceptabtc soybeans were compared. The composition was same but the ratio was different. PA and palmitic(16:0)was higher in drought resistant varieties than in susceptable, but others phospholipids and linolenic acid(18:3) was lower.The UIFA from mitochondria membrane lipid in drought resistant soybean leaf cell was lower than susceptable soybean. The difference of UIFA between drought resistant and susceptable soybeans was on ratio of components. This difference was caused by changes of composition in palmitic (16:0)and linolenic acid(18:3).
