摘要
为提高汽车支架的冲裁质量,采用了普通锻压机与齿圈压板式精冲模具组合的生产工艺,并对冲裁间隙、凸凹模工作尺寸、压边圈、齿形和尺寸等主要工艺参数进行了计算与选取,生产出了精度高、质量好的汽车支架精冲产品。实际应用表明,采用该种精冲工艺生产,设备与工装投资少,工序简单。生产效率可提高8~10倍,生产成本可降低25%~35%。
Process combining precision punching die with annular pressing boards and teeth edges and forging press was adopted to improve punching quality of automotive bracket. Clearance, punch and concave mold size, blank holder, tooth shape was calculated and selected to produce high precision and qualified bracket part. The practical application indicates that new process leads to less investment on production equipment and easier production procedure. Moreover, manufacturing efficiency can be improved 8-10 times and production cost will reduce 25%-35%.
