阐述了冲压复合模具的结构设计及其工作过程,通过工艺分析,采用冲孔、落料工序;通过冲裁力、卸料力、顶件力等计算,确定模具类型。该模具性能可靠,运行平稳,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本。
Compound stamping die structure design and working process was introduced. Punching and blanking procedure were adopted through process analysis. Die type was determined through the calculation of blanking force, stripping force and ejecting force. The die works stable so that the product quality and efficiency has been improved and working intensity and production cost has been reduced.
