In this paper , various technological methods and machining systerms axe researched and developed that can shape complicated curved surface by wire-EDM. Then the work principle , characteristics , constitutes and motion laws are elaborated. Besides, main hardware devices are expounded and developed. Thereore the paper expanes the scope of technology in wire-EDM and radically solves the difficult problem of complicated curved surface in manufacturing.
