摘要
考察了大气污染物中醛酮化合物在甲醇/水、乙腈/水和四氢呋喃/水三个二元流动相体系中的液相色谱保留行为,并对醛酮化合物在各体系中的选择性差异进行了考察。在此基础上选择最佳的流动相体系,应用“均匀-重复设计优化法”对醛酮样品进行多元等度分离条件的优化,获得了醛酮样品最优的液相色谱分离条件。
In this paper, the retention behaviors of 2,4-Dinitro phenyl hydrazone(DNPH) from aldehydes and ketones in reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography with three binary mobile phases composed of methanol, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran with water were investigated. It was found that the retention behaviors of some compounds in the three binary mobile phases are very similar. In addition, the difference of selectivity for DNPH from aldehydes and ketones among these binary mobile systems was also investigated.It was discovered that the selectivity of the three binary mobile phases is different and mutually supplementary, and there are two pairs of compounds (m-tolualdehyde & p-tolualdehyde, butyraldehyde & isobutyraldehyde) which are impossible to be separated in RP-HPLC mode.On the basis of the above investigations, the most proper mobile phase system. a quaternary system composed of methanol, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran and water was chosen. Then the ''uniform-iterative design optimization strategy'' developed by us was applied to optimize the multicomponent isocratic separating condition of DNPH in quaternary mobile phase RP-HPLC, and finally the optimum was obtained.
