摘要
电喷发动机喷油脉冲宽度检测电路的设计与调试比较困难,实际检测结果不太理想。给出了电喷发动机脉宽模拟检测基本方法,设计了喷油脉宽模拟检测电子电路并进行了模拟检测,通过与长安JL462Q3电喷汽油发动机实测数据进行比较,证明了该方法有效可行,探索了运用电子设计自动化技术解决电喷发动机脉冲宽度检测问题的有效途径。
As the circuit design of the testing experiment of impulse of electronic control injection engine is complicated and the design and debugging of the circuit are difficult, the result of the testing experiment is not ideal. The basal principle of the test of impulse width was presented and an effective approach solving the problems of the testing experiment of impulse width of electronic control injection engine by electronic design automation technology was discussed. In the light of the basal inspecting principles, a reasonable, efficient testing circuit for testing experiment was worked out , which produces an accurate, reasonable inspecting result compared with the actual measure data from Chang'an electronic control injection engine. So this testing method is proved to be easily used and effective.
