摘要
针对作为建筑主要承重受力构件的大型预制空心楼板进行加固分析,通过对在板底粘贴碳纤维布加固、在板底粘贴钢板加固、在板空腔中加肋加固3种大型预制空心楼板加固方法进行比较,并分析碳纤维布及配套树脂的主要性能指标,结合碳纤维布加固大型预制空心楼板设计与施工的实例,说明采用碳纤维布加固大型预制空心楼板具有良好的性能价格比。
This paper, based on a comparison of three methods of reinforcement, which are sticking carbon fiber to the ceiling, sticking iron to the ceiling and stuffing between two ceilings, and on an analysis of the reinforcement of the large-scale prefabricated empty ceiling, which is considered as the main bearing part of architectures, analyzes the function quota of carbon fiber and auxiliary resin and indicates that an excellent ratio of function and price can be gained by reinforcing the large-scale prefabricated empty ceiling by adopting carbon fiber. This paper will help promote the technology of carbon fiber reinforcement.
