微通道内气-液两相流动特性研究 被引量:8

摘要 考察了400μm光滑通道内氮气-乙醇、氮气-CMC(共5组,不同表面张力)的两相流动特性,并给出了更为普遍化的流型图,同时也研究了液体性质(密度、粘度等)对微通道内两相流体流动的影响。结果表明,不同流体的摩擦压降都会随着表观气速和表观液速的增加而呈现上升的趋势,随着粘度的增长,总体压降也会出现上升趋势,并且粘度越大越容易出现环型流。 The flow characteristics of N2- water, N2-ethanol and N2-CMC were investi- gated in 400μm smooth circular tube. A new complete flow pattern map was developed. The effect of liquid properties (density and viscosity) on the flow of two phases fluid in microchannel was also studied. It was showed that the frictional pressure of different liquids increased with increasing of superficial gas velocity and superficial liquid velocity. The whole pressure appeared rising trend and the probability of liquid ring flow became larger with increasing of viscosity.
