摘要
美国华盛顿大学史密斯和斯莫尔提出的“教练员行为评价制”(CBAS)将教练行为分为二大类12项进行调查研究,这对于我们而言无疑是很有借鉴意义的。但该评价制存在着的“说明缺失”和“内容缺失”则需要补充完善。CBAS评价制实际上仅仅概括了教练临场行为的一部分,要全面评价教练行为还需要态度引导及目标管理等必不可少的重要内容。
R.E. Smith and F.L. Small propose Coaching Behavior Assessment System, which investigates coaching behavior from 2 sorts and 12 items. It is of significant reference for us. However, the system exists problems of "introduction shortage" and "contents shortage" which need further improvement and supplement. The paper points out that the CBAS just summarizes parts of coaches' behavior, and the attitude guidance and aim management are necessary contents to assess coaching behavior thoroughly.
